Aro Granite Industries Limited has announced the appointment of C. Srinivasan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 1, 2024. This decision was made during the company's Board meeting on July 26, 2024.

C. Srinivasan, aged 54, is a Commerce Graduate from Bangalore University. He began his career with a CA firm before joining Snam Abrasive Pvt. Ltd. and later Aro Granite Industries in 2007. With extensive experience in accounting and finance, he has a deep understanding of the granite industry due to his long-term involvement.

The company also appointed Ayush Goel as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Sabyasachi Panigrahi, who will resign on July 31, 2024.

These appointments reflect Aro Granite's commitment to strengthening its leadership team.
