Bondada Secures Rs 105.60 Cr Contract for Reliance P&P

Bondada Managed Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of Bondada Engineering, has been awarded a significant contract worth Rs. 105.60 crore by Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited. The contract spans over a period of three years, commencing from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027.

Under this agreement, Bondada Managed will undertake operations and maintenance services across various sectors including facility management, fiber optics, and tower management.

The contract's total value, inclusive of GST, amounts to Rs. 316.82 crore. This domestic contract highlights Bondada Managed's capabilities and strategic alignment with industry leaders like Reliance, ensuring steady revenue streams and operational growth.

Importantly, the company clarified that no promoters or group entities have vested interests in Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited, ensuring transparency and independence in the awarding process.

This development is expected to bolster confidence among shareholders and investors, showcasing Bondada Managed's expanding portfolio and its ability to secure substantial contracts in the competitive market landscape.
