Central Bank of India has entered a strategic co-lending partnership with Shriram Housing Finance Limited to offer MSME loans. This collaboration aims to expand their loan portfolios significantly.

Shriram Housing Finance, a subsidiary of Shriram Finance Limited and registered with the National Housing Bank, serves over 70,000 borrowers, primarily self-employed individuals from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

Under this arrangement, Shriram Housing Finance will originate and process MSME loan proposals according to jointly formulated credit parameters and eligibility criteria. Central Bank of India will take 80% of these loans onto its books under mutually agreed terms.
