Go Fashion (India), a leading women’s bottom-wear brand in India with its 'Go Colors' range, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.

The company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 28.7 crores, reflecting a 9% increase from Rs. 26.3 crores in Q1 FY24. The PAT margin slightly decreased from 13.8% in the previous year to 13.02% in the current quarter.

And it also increased a 16% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching Rs. 220 crores. Gross profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 136 crores, up by 17%, while EBITDA rose by 12% to Rs. 72 crores. The Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 9%, totaling Rs. 29 crores for the Q1 FY25. 

Mr. Gautam Saraogi, CEO of Go Fashion (India) Limited, commented, “Despite facing industry-level challenges, we started the year on a strong note with a 16% revenue growth. Our ability to achieve a 9% increase in PAT demonstrates our products' resilience and our strategies' effectiveness.

Our inventory management has improved significantly, and we are pleased with the positive movement in same-store sales growth.” He added, “Our continued expansion with new stores by adding 20 new stores, bringing the total to 734.

They aim to open 120 to 150 new stores during FY25 and will soon launch their first store in the Middle East through a partnership with the Apparel Group. We are confident that these initiatives will help us strengthen our market position and deliver sustained value to our shareholders.”

Go Fashion (India) Limited, a prominent name in women's bottom-wear in India, has announced its financial and business updates for Q1 FY25.

In terms of business operations, the average selling price for Q1 FY25 stood at ₹777. The sales mix comprised 69.4% from exclusive brand outlets (EBOs), 25.6% from large format stores (LFS), 3.2% from online sales, and 1.9% from multi-brand outlets (MBOs) and others.

Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) for EBOs was stable at +0.2%, while Same Cluster Sales Growth (SCSG) for EBOs was 8.3%, showing robust growth compared to Q1 FY24. Full price sales were strong at 97%. The company expanded its footprint by adding 20 new EBOs during the quarter, bringing the total to 734 stores as of June 30, 2024.

On the working capital front, the days stood at 113, down from 124 days as of March 31, 2024. Inventory days were reduced to 87, a decrease of 17 days. Cash Flow from Operations (OCF) post IND-AS 116 was ₹62 crore, compared to ₹49 crore in the previous year, while pre IND-AS 116 OCF increased to ₹32 crore from ₹25 crore.

Return on Capital Employed (RoCE) was 24.2%, and Return on Equity (RoE) was 19.0%. Cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹220 crore.
