Hero Motocorp Q1 Results with Profit (After Tax) ₹1,016.05 crore

Hero MotoCorp reported its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024-2025. They sold 13.92 lakh two-wheelers, showing a slight decrease from the 14.60 lakh units sold in the previous quarter but an increase from 12.70 lakh units sold in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations reached ₹9,519.30 crore, which is higher compared to ₹8,306.78 crore in the same quarter last year but slightly down from ₹9,723.73 crore in the previous quarter.

Hero MotoCorps’ total income for Q1 was ₹9,699.34 crore, an increase from ₹8,543.70 crore in the same quarter last year and a decrease from ₹9,965.77 crore in the previous quarter. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹8,349.76 crore, up from ₹7,397.04 crore in Q1 last year but slightly down from ₹8,548.74 crore in the previous quarter. Profit before tax was ₹1,349.58 crore, an increase from ₹1,146.66 crore in Q1 last year but lower than ₹1,417.03 crore in the previous quarter.

Hero MotoCorp after accounting for tax expenses and exceptional items, the profit after tax for Q1 was ₹1,016.05 crore. This represents an increase from ₹858.93 crore in the same quarter last year but a decrease from ₹1,073.38 crore in the previous quarter. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were ₹50.84 (basic) and ₹50.74 (diluted).
