Kalpataru to Hold its 43rd AGM on July 15th

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with SEBI Regulations, 2015.

Agenda of the Meeting:

Ordinary Business:

  1. Adoption of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2024.
  2. Declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
  3. Reappointment of Mr. Parag M. Munot as a Director, who retires by rotation.

Special Business: 

  1. Ratification of remuneration of the Cost Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. 
  2. Authorization under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, for the creation of mortgage/charge on properties of the company.
