Kalpataru Projects International Limited has announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with SEBI Regulations, 2015.

Ordinary Business:
- Adoption of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2024.
- Declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
- Reappointment of Mr. Parag M. Munot as a Director, who retires by rotation.
Special Business:
- Ratification of remuneration of the Cost Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
