Maruti Suzuki India Q1 2024 Results Revenue ₹355,314 Million Net Profit ₹36,499 Million

Maruti Suzuki India's Q1 2024-2025 Results show a slight drop in revenue and total income compared to the previous quarter with a revenue of INR 355,314 million and a net profit of INR 36,499 million.

Maruti Suzuki India reported its financial results for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2024. The company saw a slight decrease in revenue compared to the previous quarter, with total revenue from operations standing at INR 355,314 million. This is a drop from INR 382,349 million in the last quarter but an increase compared to INR 323,269 million in the same period last year.

Maruti Suzuki’s total income, which includes other income, was INR 365,065 million. This was lower than the INR 393,529 million reported in the previous quarter but higher than INR 333,281 million in the first quarter of the previous year.

Maruti Suzuki’s total expenses for the quarter amounted to INR 318,174 million, which is a decrease from last quarter's INR 343,551 million but higher than the INR 301,379 million recorded a year ago. As a result, the profit before tax was INR 46,891 million, slightly lower than INR 49,978 million in the previous quarter but higher than INR 31,902 million in the same quarter last year.

Maruti Suzuki’s net profit for the quarter, after accounting for taxes, was INR 36,499 million. Although this was less than the previous quarter's profit of INR 38,778 million, it was a significant improvement from INR 24,851 million in the same period last year.
