About P. H. Capital
P H Capital, originally known as H L Financial Consultants and Management Services Private, was founded in 1973. It began as a private company and became a company in 1994 when it was renamed Ficom Industries in the same year, Ficom Industries went public by offering shares through an IPO and got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). In 2003, the company changed its name to P H Capital.
P H Capital was founded by Mr. Pradip Harkisondass, who was a pioneer in investment banking in India during the early 1970s. Under his leadership, the company became a major player in brokerage and merchant banking in India. In 1985, Mr. Rikeen Dalal, the son of Mr. Harkisondass, joined the company as a trainee and became the Managing Director in 1987.
He played a key role in expanding the company's merchant banking operations, focusing on primary market activities, including IPOs, fixed deposits, government securities, and bonds. With over 30 years of experience in stock broking and investment banking, Mr. Dalal has been an important figure in the company's growth and success.
