Persistent Systems Limited has announced that its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will convene on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 1600 Hrs. (IST). The meeting will take place at Persistent Systems Limited, Dewang Mehta Auditorium, ‘Bhageerath’, Pune, India, allowing both in-person attendance and participation through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Key agenda items include the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. The company will also seek approval for the payment of an Interim Dividend of ₹16 per equity share and a Final Dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the Financial Year 2023-24.
