Tata Communications Limited has announced that the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means.

The agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, the declaration of a dividend, and the reappointment of Mr. N. Ganapathy Subramaniam as a director.
