  1. Approval of Financial Statements:
    • The Audited Stand-alone Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2024.
    • The Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2024.
  2. Dividend Declaration:
    • A dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share (550%) for the financial year ending 31st March 2024 will be considered.
  3. Director Re-appointments:
