Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has released its Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024, as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The results were approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting on May 30, 2024, which began at 12:00 PM and concluded at 3:30 PM.
Along with the financial results, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.85 per share, with a face value of ₹5 each, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. This proposed dividend will be subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and, if approved, will be disbursed within 30 days from the AGM date.
