The Board of Directors of SJVN Ltd. met to approve the financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. In this meeting, they recommended a final dividend of ₹0.65 per equity share for the year, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This final dividend adds to the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per share declared in February 2024, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹1.80 per share.
The board also reviewed the utilization of issue proceeds and confirmed there were no material deviations in the use of debt proceeds.
