The company with the happiest workers in the US, according to a recent ranking of employee wellbeing, is Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. This family-run chain of truck stops, in operation for nearly sixty years, scored 83 out of 100 in a survey conducted by job site Indeed.

They outperformed well-known companies like IBM, Nike, and Apple. The survey analyzed anonymous employee reviews, considering factors like happiness, stress, satisfaction, and purpose. Love's, a closely-held company that also runs a truck fleet, hotels, and a logistics firm, has over 40,500 employees, including 1,500 at its headquarters in Oklahoma City.
